"Items kept scamming wrong, our gifts cards glitched and got invalidated. On top of that, no one was in electronics at all. I asked two ladies who were just hanging out if I could get help unlocking a case for a game, they called someone....and I waited 20 mins for that persona and they never arrived. So I decided to leave and purchase the game elsewhere. You just lost out on a $70 sale."

"Check your grocery pickup items, I had moldy cheese in a sealed snack package. Understand things happen, but frustration was when I called customer service and it took way too long to just get a refund for the item which was bare minimum they could have done. Said they would followup and never did guess Target is slippin…"

"I came to this Target to get help in the Electronics Department on Wednesday 2/07. As usual there were no workers in Electronics so I walked up to the lady working in Customer Service. She paged someone to meet me in the department by cell phone items . Not one person came to help me . I stood there for a long time. I left this Target and on my way out of the store I told the lady in Customer Service about how bad this Target’s Customer Service is! I drove to the Shawnee Target and a guy helped me and I was able to get what I needed. It is a shame that the Target Store on 97th Street in Overland Park has such bad Customer Service"

"Ordered a groccery pick up with the drive up service because I have an infant and it is difficult to get grocceries in the basket with his carseat. When I arrived at the store, they have paper signs on their drive up spots saying the service is currently unavalible and to go inside to pick up the order. This was not reflected on their website. So i had to load up my infant in a shopping cart and go inside to get my order. The carseat takes up the whole basket, which is why I like the drive up service. Had I had known it wasnt avaliable today I would not have ordered at this location. The manager was apoligetic however not simpethetic to my situation and could tell that he really didnt care."

"Clean, pretty convenient, fairly well-stocked with all the basics and then some, nice staff. Prices on some groceries and pet supplies are a notch higher than you'll find at some other local stores. Fun to swing by Starbucks near the entrance for an extra treat. The automatic sliding doors at the entrance seemed to be having trouble recently, the sun may have been interfering with the sensor, but a gentle pull got the doors to spread open and let us in."
