"Beautiful room with a city view. Loved the toiletry products they supplied. Nice and clean throughout the hotel. Gym and pool were very nice. Water was the perfect temperature. Staff was helpful and friendly on all shifts. Conveniently located by many useful stores. We were able to walk to everywhere we needed to go. Would gladly stay here again anytime, thank you so much!"

"When we come to the City we love to stay at this location. We had a room that the thermostat wasn’t working and the room was chilly. Marcus was at the front desk and took very good care of changing the room for us. His customer service went above and beyond. We truly enjoy the bar area and live entertainment on the weekend. "The beds were comfortable. I liked that there was professional shampoo and conditioner in the shower and did not have to use my own. The space was beautiful and the pool was perfect for my little. The location was great. Cons: my room was humid and damp feeling. Made me worry about hidden mold. We never had a maid service come and clean or replace towels despite being gone all day. The water was foggy and we were not able to drink it. The water for sale in the shop was $8 a bottle."

"Below average for a Marriott property. The location is great and is very centrally located to shopping, restaurants and attractions. However the room and hotel were not as pictured or expected. 2 of the 3 lights in our room didn’t work, one of the nightstands had no outlets or ability to charge a phone, we had no remote to the TV, the fitted sheet was Queen size and they stretched it over a king size bed, and the room overall felt small, dark and slightly dirty. Service was okay. The lobby furniture also looked gross with stains on the couch cushions. There are a ton of options in Chicago and I wish I had definitely considered other options."

"It's a rather uninspiring and basic experience for a price of $180+ per night, and unfortunately, the staff's performance left much to be desired. However, it's worth noting that Evelyn was a standout during our check-in process, providing excellent service that stood in stark contrast to the overall experience. If you stay here, don't anticipate any thrills. The hotel lacks the added touches and amenities that make a stay truly memorable. While it's in a convenient location, you may find yourself yearning for a bit more comfort and luxury for the price you're paying. It's a place to rest your head, but don't expect it to be the highlight of your trip to Chicago."
