"We've stayed here many times since our son started college in town. This visit in February was the best stay ever. This was all because of the amazing hospitality provided by the staff. They were outstanding. The front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Jessica at the front was outstanding. Great job Hyatt Evanston in hiring a new team of staff. "Fabulous, Central Location | Comfortable, Functional Rooms | Recommended —— Detailed Review Below —— A centrally located simple, no-frills hotel - within a 5 mins walking distance of downtown Evanston, the train station, many Northwestern Campus buildings, etc. The central location also means that quick tours of the city are possible (and highly recommended). The rooms are clean, comfortable, and functional but soulless - clearly decorated by someone who was just ticking the boxes. Verdict: Recommended. Will happily stay here on my next trip. The public areas and the guest rooms are always immaculately clean. The entire staff is highly professional, communicative and responsive.
