"We have come here a lot (to PetPeople) over the years and moved to the area two years ago. Unfortunately, with the Hollywood Feed takeover, the quality of products, and inventory levels have dropped. They have been changing brands offered and I feel like there has been staff turnover. The staff really don't know anything and are unable to answer simple questions. I think they have retained one of the managers we like, but overall, I am super disappointed with the changes so far. If they make many more, we will have to stop shopping here and just come for the self wash."
