"It might be a chain, but the owners of this franchise location are often working in the store and it has more of a family owned small business feel to it. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of products at reasonable prices. The self dog washes in the back are great for days when the dog park is a mid pit!"

I was accidently overcharged on my bill yesterday but they were apologetic and corrected the mistake promptly.
