Four Seasons Pool

"We used this company for a couple years, and the service was always good enough to stick with them. More recently, however, we have encountered very big problems in dealing with the office/administrative staff. What we thought was a very straightforward process of installing a liner, devolved into us micromanaging the project as a result of receiving virtually zero communication from office. We had to constantly follow up. After the work was finally complete, there were several issues with the install, to which we were assured we receive a credit for having to reinstall the liner, and again fill up the pool a second time in the same summer. The credit was never received/applied to the invoice, and instead other charges were on the invoice that didn't agree to in the first place. The staff has ignored virtually all my requests to review the invoices, and apply the credit that was assured to us (in writing)... and instead, just sends demand for payment. Be careful... the other reviews about challenges with administrative staff are accurate. Communication and management of large projects by their office seem to be a real problem."

"This store was great, AT FIRST. The employees all seemed nice and I never had any problems whatsoever, until one of their employees left multiple deep scratches on my truck. He left these scratches on my truck by dragging a hose across the side of it (the hose had lots of gravel and other debris all over it). I wasn't worried about it at first, as all of my experiences with this company were great. The company manager, Jeanne, told me that it was not a problem and that they would completely cover the cost. I went to the dealership and sent them the quote and they said that there is no way they were paying the quoted price. They told me that I needed to get a quote from their paint repair guy, which I did. I drove over an hour to get a quote from their guy, and they said that they were not paying his price either. The company completely flat-out lied, telling me that I told their employee to get in the bed of my truck to fill the chemical tank that was in it (I go to this store to buy liquid chlorine in bulk). This is how the company has ALWAYS filled the tank, so why would this one be different? They said since I "asked" the employee to do this, I was the one liable, so they would not be paying to fix their mistake. They proceeded to tell me that I am not welcome at the store anymore. They also are not responding to any messages. I am so surprised by all of this, the company seemed so great at first, but they are absolutely horrible. I will now have to spend my own hard-earned money to fix their mistake."

"They do great work. I just wish the administrative aspects were better, such as their commitment to appointment times and follow-up. That includes an explanation of charges before they automatically bill a credit card I entrust to them."
