We are very happy with our new inground pool installation and are completely satisfied with their professionalism, timeliness, expertise, and thoroughness. We had a Thursday Pools – Little Bob – Caribbean Sparkle installed. They do an excellent job and, they provided the level of service that we had expected. They also interfaced well with the other subcontractors to ensure completion of the overall backyard project. Our project was challenging due the space constraints involved in accessing the backyard with materials and construction equipment. They did a great job in working around all of the obstacles during the duration of the project. We have a special needs son and attention to detail was very important to our family. "After contemplating a backyard pool renovation for a few years, we finally decided to move forward. We knew going into it that we wanted the minimal maintenance of a fiberglass pool and the less harsh saltwater system. After a quick google search, we reached out to a few companies that would be able to provide us with what we were looking for. Once we spoke with Todd Emmerson via phone, we set up a time for him to come out, look at our backyard, and discuss options. Todd was so thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions. We knew at that point that we would be moving forward with Signature Pools. We signed our contract and put down our initial deposit in May of 2021 with the hope of a late spring/early summer 2022 installation. Much to our excitement, Tom and his crew showed up and broke ground at the very beginning of April 2022. Overall, the process was smooth, even with some weather delays. From the initial meeting with Todd to Erich coming out and going over all of the chemicals with us, we couldn’t have asked for a better group. In addition, Todd was able to connect us with a company to build our two-story deck. The two worked together to make sure everything was done in a seamless manner. We have gotten to enjoy most of the summer in our new backyard oasis. We cannot wait to see the memories we make going forward. "Pool design and planning was great with Todd! He listened to our needs and made suggestions based on our budget. Ground breaking was when planned in 2022 and the installation went easily and as described. Tom, Derek and the team were respectful and knowledgeable and our pool turned out amazing! We used their suggested concrete company and they were great as well. Erich helped with our chemicals at the beginning and made us fully comfortable taking care of our pool and was always responsive with questions. It’s a big expense but Signature made the process less stressful and gave us exactly what we wanted!! Truly the best! Added pictures of yard before and after, with our pup enjoying her pool :)"

"Love our pool! Signature Pools was the best choice. They walked us through all the pros and cons of different types of pools, size, placement to salt VS. chlorinated and was here for us during the whole process. They are also a continuing help for maintenance and care. This is our third year with our pool and are very happy with everything. Definitely recommend the auto cover. We live off the forest preserve and the cover has helped with not only warming the pool, but also with dust, leaves, and even critters."
