"We made a very last minute decision to rent a bounce house for my daughters bday party. I called about 10 places and this was the only place that called back. Carlos was very accommodating and friendly. He was very communicative before drop off and pickup and quick to respond when I had some questions. The bounce house was clean and in great shape. The girls loved that they could bounce with or without the water feature. On top of all this, this was the most affordable bounce house and we got to keep it here for a REALLY long time. He answered my questions, as well as provided both photos and videos of the available inflatables. He communicated clearly about the date/time of our party, and even sent a reminder text the day before! Carlo and his team was polite and friendly during set up. They were efficient, but took the time to answer my kids questions about the awesome slide! The towering Popsicle slide was a HUGE hit and enjoyed by kids of all ages.
