"Let's see if with the Google reviews they do something. I bought the annual membership and I went for almost a month. During the first week of January everything super clean, after that week every day was worst, very dirty. They don't clean the mens restroom, there is pee on the floor all the time (attached pics). I asked several times to have someone cleaning the restrooms but they responded that they don't have enough staff. Then, slowly, slowly some of the equipment start to be out of service. Their company doesn't care about this things. I tried to cancel several times the membership with no answer. I tried to contact a manager, he is never at the gym. I think has to have two things at least, clean areas and good working equipment."

"Long time member here. With the changes to the layout (not only at this location) and the removal of weight assisted machines that limit one machine per body part is the reason I stopped going to 24 hrs. It’s crazy to think that one machine can accommodate that many people during peak hours! Not to mention, the lack of gym etiquette of people constantly playing on their phones and staring off into the sunset. This was a major design flaw & layout of the gym. For this reason I stopped going to 24 and been going to LaFitness (1093) where I am also a member. Really disappointed."

"I’ve been coming here for a while and the improvements made are incredible! Front desk staff is friendly and personable. There are a variety of drinks and supplements available for purchase at a good price. The gym has a great cleaning crew. Overall great place to workout."

"NOV 2023 - Great as usual. These folks do a great job of food, service, and atmosphere for breakfast. My usual Juan's Tacos with chorizo on flour tortilla. The spouse's usual, a Benny."

"For the price everyone pays for this place it should always be kept up to date and CLEAN! This place is super dirty and the class area needs a major up grades, new equipment/floor mats and a desperate deep cleaning. There is hair and spider webs all over the place. No sure if they ever even clean this gym. Let’s not talk about the pool area it’s like it’s just sitting there closed for the longest."
