"I had a very unfortunate experience at Kozy kennels. The kennel forgot to remove prong collar off my dog during his 12 day stay and instead of apologizing and owning to a mistake they pushed a blame on me. There is more to the story such as they agreed to pay his vet bills and backed later, unprofessional and hostile behaviour, lying to cover themselves etc. Owners are in mid '80s and planning to close business in a year or two which tells me they do not intend to do business with good and honest practice anymore and therefore do not care for animals in their care. Tyger did not deserve such neglect and painful experience. Please do some research and get references before boarding your animals at any kennel."

"We chose Kozy Kennels for our girl while we were out of town for a weekend. They have a large area for the dogs to roam around in. The owner was very friendly, knowledgable, and organized. She invited me to call in and check on our dog before I even asked. They were very friendly when we needed our friend to come pick our dog up instead of ourselves. Would recommend!"
