"I'm a college student and put in hours to give flowers for my grandpa's funeral. After ordering the flowers 3 days ahead of time, they lost the order. We called them and stated they needed to look for the order, not even a "sorry" or "we'll make it up to you" from them! We chose this flower shop because of its reviews but never again! Not even when I told them I worked hard to get these flowers for my grandfather. Called Saturday and then Sunday and still no flowers! Please do not go by the reviews as I did. Do not make the same mistake I made."
