Master watchmaker Hutch got my Rolex that hadn't been serviced since it left the factory 18 years ago all back up to snuff (cosmetically and mechanically) and patiently answered all my questions I had before beginning service. Their pricing was upfront and I had no surprises upon pickup. They clearly take great care in handling and documenting customers' watches. Turnaround time was a little under three weeks for me. The case showed a lot of wear, and the watch was losing time each day to the point where it wasn’t usable. The work that they did is great: the watch looks much better, and keeps time very well now. I found the company very responsive, with quick answers to all of my questions over email, phone and text. I thought I needed a new crystal, but evidently with the polishing that they did, this was not needed.
