"We've been customers for years, as have many of our neighbors. I travel for work and same-day or next day service sure helps with packing. I've had alterations done beautifully and have never had an issue with quality service. The drive-thru is great on rainy days or just when you don't want to get out. You can pay at drop-off or when you pick up. If you misplace your ticket, they'll look you up by phone number. Overall, I'm a loyal, long-time customer, who is very pleased with Elite Dry Cleaners on Blackhawk."

"Wanted to leave a pair of pants to have the waist band stitching repaired. Was told alteration person was not in and couldn't leave them because she wasn't sure of price (I said it didn't matter--I had left thing before) and if they could fix them. What not sew up a waistband where the stitching was coming undone--what??? Not happy at all. Took them to pilgrims cleaners--no problem. By the way their alterations person was not in either. Will not go back to Elite Cleaners."

"Very unwelcoming. I've been there 5 times and I always say good morning, good evening, thank you etc. I have yet to hear them say thank you or have a good day. The service for the clothes is good but I rather my money go to a more welcoming business like dry clean super center. They are way way better"

"They steal customer money, I forget money on one of the jean pocket, and came back to ask for it, but they said they didnt see it, and I am very sure it's on that jean pocket. I just wanted they could check the camera to prove that they are not steal my money, but they dont. The employee steal the money and the owner knew but did not do anything. Very bad bad on training employee and customer service."
