"BUYER BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT HIRE WHIP IT CLEAN. This is a scam! The owner and her crew are extremely unprofessional. DO NOT put your credit card number into her website as she will charge your card for unauthorized purchases. The crew is lazy and "runs up the clock". The workers spent the entire time on their cell phones and did not manage their time effectively. As a client, I was charged for their lack of experience and inefficiencies. They damaged my new stove and touchless faucet. My home security cameras caught one of the workers sitting in my bedroom talking on the phone. She moved from my bedroom chair to sitting on the floor with her legs crossed using my phone charger as she talked about her cheating boyfriend on speakerphone. She would not get off the floor and I had to cross over her twice. She ate her food on my floor, which was unacceptable. They were at my house for a very long time and did not clean all of the rooms and did not clean the stairs. They did not fully clean the oven and left chemicals in the oven so you could smell the chemicals when the oven was turned on. My daughter made a pizza and her pizza tasted like chemicals. I expected the owner to call me to discuss my experience but she just sent me an astronomical bill and I had to reach out to her to discuss my concerns which she essentially dismissed. She sent a worker to my house who was sick with a stomach bug without telling me. I am immune compromised and this could have affected my health. The worker who was sick ended up leaving and the lead had to go back over everything she cleaned and re clean it, but yet I was charged for them having to re-do her work. I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. Do yourself a favor a stay far away from this company."
