"Horrible experience i will not recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"I used a place for over 15 yrs. I moved and they switched owners. neighbors referred me to Tide Cleaners by the house, I used them for a few months. They never messed up a shirt but then last month I dropped of some shirts and they called me to up grade due to the pearl snap buttons. I agreed and when my shirts were ready they charged me $12 a shirt to upgrade from the $3.50-4 regular cleaning. I almost lost it, never going back. I found A2Z cleaners and gave them the same shirts last week. He charged me $2.60 per shirt. I mentioned I wanted the pearl buttons taken care of and needed dry cleaning. They said I did not and upcharged me .15 cents for the buttons. thats $2.75 I got the shirts back and they are perfect - this is my new cleaners for now on."

"I honestly have never had a bad experience with a dry cleaner until coming here. I took a few items in a week or so ago and am very disappointed in what I got back. Multiple items had either drastically shrunk or had been damaged. When I was aware of what I received I could not get in touch with anyone. The gentleman who runs this place is so friendly but that won’t save this place for me. I won’t be returning. Two stars for the gentleman, zero stars for the establishment."
