"Had a gentleman from out of town ask me if I can help him find a place where they would wash and dry his clothes. He has about five pairs of clothes he needed clean for the upcoming week. Called a couple of Tide stores to no avail and decided to call Village Cleaners. They said they can do it and possibly have it done the same day. It was a Saturday and they close at 3p. We dropped the clothes off around 11:30a, asked if they could possibly have it done same day since they close on Sundays, and lo and behold, they were able to pull a rabbit out of the hat and make it happen. I honestly had low expectations to even find a place last minute to help the older gentleman but thanks to Village Cleaners, it was made possible. He was thoroughly impressed and very happy to say the least. We really appreciate you, Village Cleaners. You definitely made our day. I would recommend this place as the staff are super friendly. Big thanks to you all for the excellent service."

"Please do yourself favor and stay away from this place. They ruined Two of my favorite jackets and they refused to take any responsibility for it. They bleached my pink jacket and left a white cast stain on it. very unprofessional and horrible communication. Update 12/12/2022 First of all, please stop lying and instead own up to your Mistakes. My coat was not in a bad condition and I urge you to share the video of you have it. And the whole dispute was not about the old stains, it was about the dry cleaning solution residue that stained and ruined my coat. In the other picture you can also see the damage on the pink jacket from the bleach. Nevertheless your communication was horrible, me and my husband had to make multiple trips to the dry cleaner where we were told that you are out of town and you can’t talk with us. And I disagree with you this review is very necessary to warn honest customers about how bad your service is;So they can avoid this place and find an honest reputable business to meet their needs. PS: look at Dr. Aziz review from 10 months ago where had had the same issue and you guys tinies his comforter"

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are carless and very unprofessional they ruined a very expensive and a favorite coat for me and they refused to take responsibility for it. They kept the coat for over a months and promised to clean it only to ruin it more with the dry-cleaning residue. Please look up the reviews on google about the horrible management and the misshapes."
