"I recently brought a silk dress to this particular location for dry cleaning services. However, upon picking it up, I noticed a hard stain on the back of the dress. I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff, and they tried to downplay the situation by claiming it was just the fabric deteriorating. However, the stain appeared to be more of a burn, and the staff informed me that the dress would be sent back to their central cleaners. I expressed my frustration at not being informed about the stain and was later contacted by the cleaners, who admitted fault and offered to reimburse me. When I asked about getting my dress back, I was told it was not possible. After some consideration, I received a call stating that they could fix the stain. Finally, I was able to pick up my dress, but was informed that the stain could not be completely removed. The entire situation was handled poorly, and it is clear that this establishment does not value their customers or their honesty. I highly recommend finding a different dry cleaner, as this one has shown a lack of accountability and respect for their clients."
