"WORST EVER!!!! I purchased this Groupon because we were moving into a new condo and I wanted it move-in-ready when we arrived. The cleaning team did practically NOTHING. In four hours (two people cleaning for two hours) they cleaned one of the two bathrooms, vacuumed, and scrubbed a SELF CLEANING oven!! I contacted the owner and the excuse given to me for the mismanaged time was the condition of the oven...did I mention it was self cleaning?! The owner offered to come back out with another girl and "finish the job". I wish I would've just cut my losses then and there because when they arrived the only real service provided was attitude. Would NEVER recommend or use this cleaning service again!"

"I purchased a Groupon for this company for some help cleaning out a residence I was moving out of. It was an unusual situation, which I explained to Josie, and for that I did not expect a perfect or even thorough cleaning of the house (which is something I explained to the team cleaning the residence). What I got was an incredibly rude team that cleaned my 2 toilets thoroughly and mostly cleaned the shower and tub. They had told me they refused to clean anything other than the bathrooms (even while they were waiting for chemicals to penetrate), yet did not even effectively sweep their own hair off of the bathroom floors or wipe down the counters. At one point they called to tell me they were emptying out the bathrooms entirely so I could "go through everything." I explained to them that nearly everything left there was intended to be there and asked if they could avoid doing that. The cleaner told me they would not. When I arrived at the residence all of my belongings were thrown, wet, into a trash bag sitting on the bedroom floor. It was absolutely disgusting. After a conversation with Josie, who was very rude, I was offered a small refund of less than half of what I paid for the groupon (so not even 1/4 of their actual price). I will be using that refund to hire a more professional cleaning company that actually cleans."
