"DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I scheduled a cleaning - deep clean. They did NOT do the service as requested, but they still charged me. First of all, person assigned to cleaning my house showed up over 2 hours late. Almost 3 hours late - in the afternoon. I told her to just do the regular cleaning as it was too late and we had to leave to go somewhere that evening. She said that would not be a problem. In the next day or so, I received the invoice for the deep clean amount. I immediately emailed Royal Cleaning and explained the situation. I received an email back stating that they would issue another invoice with the correct amount. Never received the correct invoice, but I did receive two more emails/reminders with the original amount. I replied back both instances stating it was not correct. Never received a response again. Nor did they answer when called. Over a month later, they charged my card the amount for the deep clean. Despite stating they would send the invoice with the corrected amount. I will be disputing with my bank. I have proof that they stated they would send the correct amount."
"Their staff came in at 3pm for 1pm appointment. She was alone and already over worked. She mentioned cleaning 3 story house alone before our appointment. Not to say she was already very tired. She started with good work upstairs but did a very bad job downstairs. Toilets, bathroom were not cleaned properly or not at all cleaned, I am not sure. Her vacuum cleaner also broke down in middle. When I messaged owner about this, she didn’t even bother to reply. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend them to anyone. They are short on staff and making employees work more than they should. So, you will get a lousy job done."
"I hired this company to do a “move in” clean just prior to listing our house for sale. They did an amazing job. The baseboards shined. The blinds and window sills were cleaned. They exceeded my expectations and most definitely deserve this good review. Thanks Royal Cleaning!"
