In over a year of regular service, they have never missed a scheduled date (even when we had to re-schedule). We get text reminders before our regular days (helpful!) and another text when the crew is on the way (very helpful!). Automated billing via CC was easy to set up, and always correct. Our crew is stable and they have gotten to know the property, so service is executed efficiently and effectively. Nothing has ever been broken or turned up missing (looking at you DFW providers). We WFH, so we are often here during service, and the team is very easy to interact with. The best thing you can buy with your money is your own time. Mopping floors, scrubbing toilets, tubs, stoves, microwaves and sinks, changing sheets and towels - for the price we pay the value is excellent.
