"I have been using Maid Pro for about 18 months now. We have a complicated home, it is 5 stories and most girls want to run when they see it. Maid Pro has been very professional, efficient, hard working and aim to please. More particularly I have been lucky enough to have the same two girls for about a year now, Daniela & Angelica, and they make an awesome team. I have only had to tell them anything once, they have great and happy attitudes, work extremely hard and are very honest. I have been traveling a lot lately, haven't even seen them in about 5 weeks, but can count on when I return home, the house is perfect, smells fresh and clean and all the kitty fur has vanished. "We have been with Maid Pro for quite some time (8+ years I believe). We have a two-story but downstairs is where the bulk of the work is done. In the past year, the service just was going downhill. I stayed with them because it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t like they had been when we first started. That all changed on Friday, June 17th. Alma cleaned our house for the first time and all I can say is WOW!! She actually completed all the items on the list that we have had in place since day 1 and then some! I met her right as I was walking out the door with my granddaughter and she was very pleasant and cordial. She was all alone so I was a bit nervous on how my house would look. When we came home, it was so obvious the cleaning she did and just picking up minor things. Alma, THANK YOU for what you did!! I have called and requested that she be our cleaner from now on!! "
