"Came out to clean the seat of my car & my sofa needless to stay once the job was complete. The sofa which was white had turned completely brown and the seats in my car look like he never touched then when I called and asked him, could he come back out because the job was not done, and it looked like he had done nothing he came back out a second time and told me the reason why I didn’t come clean. It was because he did it at night and he couldn’t see after a second cleaning. My car look like it had never been touched, and I gave up and end up taking it somewhere else where it came clean, and as for my sofa it’s ruined because it should’ve been cleaned without water and he put water on it so now it’s ruined and now he won’t answer the phone or take responsibility for his mistakes."

"Incredible and honorable service! I got home on a Sunday night to find a leak and soaking wet/seemingly destroyed rug. The owner Cheryl answered the phone that night and lined up one of her staff members to come at 9 am the next morning.They quoted me $129. It ended up taking close to 20 hours of manpower to complete this project yet C&E honored their price, left fans with me overnight, sent staff back to continue working a second day, and offered to find another company to complete the rug if they were not able to. Her staff - Eli (in particular) and Christian - were great guys and committed to cleaning the rug to my satisfaction. To clarify - the rug is still drying from the last cycle of deodorizer so I cannot yet comment on how effective their work was in terms of both stains and smell but rarely am I so impressed with a company honoring their commitment with such integrity!"
