"False advertising, poor communication, and overall bad experience. I dropped off 1 pair of pants on 1/11/24 @ 1:44p, my receipt says Quick Receive on 1/12/24 @ 6p. I specifically asked the associate if they would be ready on time and he assured they would be. Here it is Saturday morning (10:45) and my pants are not ready. I called multiple times on Friday and Saturday morning to check on item but no one answers the phone. Spoke to a worker in store today who had no answers and stated that the phones don't work. Then upon asking about the owners number provided in the entrance way, he stated that he wouldn't answer as well but I could leave a voicemail. Horrible! Why aren't my pants ready? Find elsewhere for your dry cleaning needs, this is a major inconvenience. Thanks for nothing Comet!"
