"I don't think I've ever left a review for this place, but I have gone here at least 7-8 times now, I think. I usually have my suits and work blouses dry cleaned here. Never had any problems. The lady at the counter is always friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Inside always looks clean. It's also fairly close to my house, which doesn't hurt."

"Brought in my drapes to be dry cleaned. They shrunk 10". Asked for dry clean refund (didn't even ask to have them refund the cost of the $400 ruined drapes). They said "Sorry, this happens all the time. Everything shrinks." Really? 10 inches? I don't think so. My husbands slacks, jackets or my dresses never shrunk 10 inches. I think they washed them and dryed them and that's why they shrunk. We are taking our business elsewhere. Terrible customer service."

"I used this place once and it will be my last. I had a patch sown on to a sleeve of a shirt and it was the biggest hassle. Besides the stitching (which was a+ quality) the business ethics of the lady working the place his horrible. For starters, my alterations were 2 days late and only came today because I was upset. then She charged my double for a simple stitching of a patch. when I confronted the lady about my order being late, she simply said it takes time. when I said "you told me Thursday and then Thursday, you told me Saturday", she denied it. I decided to show her my receipt that showed Saturday by 3pm and she claimed the receipt was wrong? uuuuhh, what? Then on Monday when I finally got my shirt, I confronted her on charging me double, which of course, she denied as well. Not once did I ever get an apology for the shirt being late or the amount I was quoted to get my business. If you don't mind getting your clothes, whenever and paying, whatever, this is the place for you. I certainly will not be back.."
