"Paid for a "full cleaning" where the maid only dusted the countertops. Lots of marketing hype that fails to show up in the real services delivered. Very poor value and they try to lock you in for a service agreement period. Oh and there's a $50 cancellation fee... Don't get locked into a poor quality service."
