"I gave them five items for alterations and they told me it would be ready that following Thursday (a week). When I got there on Thursday they had completed forgotten about my items and asked me to come back the next day. When I returned the next day they had accidentally left my items at home (because they also do alterations at home and bring them to the shop). They said they could have it to me in 15-20 minutes and they would have someone go get them. I said no I'll just come back later. I returned the next day and they apologized profusely and said they would give me a discount. I declined the discount because my alterations were done really well and the fact they offered me a discount when most places will just apologize. I think that's the way customer service should be so I will definitely go back."

"These people are amazing!! Even One of the females tailored my clothes late I didn’t mind as they’re very friendly and they do their best to make the customer happy. And the prices are fair. It’s not like Vietnam prices but they’re good. Haha"

"I took 3 pairs of pants that were supposed to be altered and slim fitted from another tailor because they just did not look right to Beh's alterations. She measured all 3 pairs of pants and safety pinned them instead of just 1 pair like the original tailors. I dropped it off Tuesday morning and asked if Beh can promise Friday afternoon. Friday afternoon, just like she promised, I tried all 3 pairs on, 2 were perfectly tailored and slim fit. One needed to be let out because the calf area was too tight. But Beh took about 15 minutes and redid them and they fit perfectly like the other 2. I will definitely use Beh's awesome alteration services from now on and will highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I am extremely happy and cannot wait to wear these pants to Las Vegas for Super Bowl weekend! Beh and her sister are extremely friendly and very professional!"
