"The crew that came to my home are always very professional and courteous. The only problem I had with Servpro was with the office personnel! I called the office on different occasions and was told the manage in the office for the restoration would call me back he never did! I had to be the one to call him back, and on a different occasion I even spoke to him on the phone, he even told me that he will call me back before the end of the day to let me know if the crew will be here the next day are the day after with the floor remover machine he never called back. The next day the crew showed up and they were informed by their manager the floor remover machine would be delivered. It's not the client's responsibility to all was call to find out the status on the restoration Servpro should be calling the client, not the client calling SERVPRO! The office manages needs to learn customer service and how to manage! If the office manage knew customer service and how to manage they would have five stars not three stars."
