"Another company accepted my business request after Maid Right ignored more than 1 service request. Now, (won't share their name) continues to badger with aggressive texts. Wish them well, but this isn't a professional business."

"I called this company after my other maid service flaked out on me and had me waiting for seven hours. I even had to call out of work for the day. This place answered my call, staff was extremely polite (especially Wiley), and two maids arrived in just a few hours. On top of that, my other service (the late one) called me back after I had scheduled with Maid Right. The Maid Right staff was so nice that they helped cancel the order and then maintained being professional when I called them back yet again to reorder the service after the late one just never showed up. This place needed CLEANING! It is a small apartment being used for minor furniture storage, so there wasn’t anyone around to clean for months. They did a great job! Make sure you are present if you need furniture moved for cleaning though. Long story short, I wish I had went with Maid Right in the first place."

"I would give a 0 star if I could. I got a quote from them and requested a move out cleaning service for $215. They come the first day but the electricity went out and they scheduled me another day. Next day they came everything is normal, I got a phone call from them said they spend more than 2 1/2 hours to clean it and they need to charge me $380, almost doubled! We finely agreed to pay $300 and I double checked with them they said its been completely cleaned. And when I come look the home today, they never clean the cook top, I called them immediately and they told me they were ran out of time, if I want them come clean it I need to pay more!!! The owner was yelling at me over the phone says my home is dirty. So they can only clean the "clean home" and they will never complete your "dirty home"! Do not use them, worst experience ever!!"

"I booked Maid Right to complete a deep cleaning of my rather small home. They blocked off 3 1/2 hours (which already does not seem like enough time for a full deep clean) and did not complete half of the house. Let me first say that the two women who showed up were very nice. They were talkative and pleasant to be around. However, that's where the positive remarks end. The kitchen was not finished and that's the room where one of the women started. The guest bathroom was not finished either. They sprayed a substance on the shower tiles early on, I assume to let it sit for a bit, and never wiped it off. It was a green/blue color and was still there after they left. They cleaned part of the toilet in the master bathroom and that was it. Did not touch the shower at all. My house is small to begin with and on top of that, I told them all they had to do in the bedrooms was vacuum and clean baseboards. I made it easier on them. They vacuumed, but didn't touch any baseboards anywhere in the house. Literally not one. I learned through our conversations that one had been an employee there for a month and the other was just on day 4 with Maid Right. Her first time ever cleaning houses. You would think if this is the case, they'd at least schedule more time since the maids lacked experience. They also asked me more than once if I had certain tools because they'd forgotten a few things. When they were down to their last 5 minutes, they remembered they hadn't mopped yet and rushed to complete the job. This was on a Friday and I called Maid Right on Monday to discuss the issues. The woman who answered the phone told me the 3 1/2 hours is standard for my size house and if they couldn't finish, I'll have to schedule them to return and pay more money (I'd already paid a hefty fee) for a job that should have already been completed. When I told her that they'd left a substance on the tiles in my guest shower, the woman acted like she couldn't even think of what chemical it would be and left it at that. She did not offer to have someone, anyone, come back out and at least remove whatever had been applied. I told her I guess I'll have to clean it off myself and she didn't even respond to that. I don't understand running a business like that. My house was not finished, the things that were cleaned weren't even cleaned well, no offer to at least partially refund, no offer to return to clean up chemicals. Nothing. I will definitely not use their services again and wouldn't recommend to anyone."

"I will start by saying that my low rating is in no way reflective of the owner of this business, but for the team (Peter and co..)that cleaned my home. I booked with this company based on the reviews I saw here,but I must say I was extremely disappointed. I had an appointment for deep cleaning to get my home ready for staging/sale today. For starters, my floor was not mopped. Master suit which is the focal point for home viewing was poorly cleaned. Bed looked like my 10yo made, bathroom will definitely need to be scrubbed down again. Trash is my my guest bathroom was not emptied. Dirty dishes ( 2 cups and 2 plates) that my kids used for morning breakfast were left untouched in the sink. My have an appointment with my realtor to take pictures of my home to put in the market this weekend. With the look of things, I will have to reschedule and have the home re- cleaned to be ready for staging. Like I said, this rating isn’t for the owner. She was able to work with me and issued me a little discount for the inconvenience. But I must say that this will be the 1st and last business with them."
