"I have been coming here for the past two years, and I must say, I am always incredibly impressed with their service. "I brought in this shirt that I HAND MADE to have makeup stains removed from the collar area. Not other part of the shirt was stained except the collar. When I dropped off my shirt I emphasized that the feathers should not be touched in the cleaning process. The next day I got a call from an associate that my shirt had been damaged because after an unsuccessful attempt to remove the makeup stains from the collar, they, as ‘professional cleaners’ thought it would be a good idea to soak the entire shirt in a solution. Of course the dye ran onto the shirt, ruining it and apparently other customers’ garments. The owner of this business added insult to injury by making excuses and insinuating that the shirt was cheap so she would not have to pay me much for it. As I mentioned before this shirt was hand made by myself and custom tailored. I was written a check for the cost of the shirt but I will never be back again because everyone on earth knows you don’t soak colored items with whites. How on earth did this mistake happed at a professional dry cleaning service?!"
"Now called $1.95 Cleaners and is located in the First Colony Commons area. My boyfriend started coming here after he moved from Missouri City to Sugar Land. This Cleaners are located right near his new place so it's very convenient to him. He goes here at least once a week to drop stuff off. The other day I went to pick up some of his items. All I had to do was show the ticket of what was given to claim his items since you have to pay beforehand. Cash only. He ended up getting three blazers cleaned up. When I gave the lady in the front the ticket, she then grabbed the items right away after finding it on the turner. The process of picking up was quick and easy. She then placed the items on the hanger so I could look at them before actually leaving and I saw no issues."
