"After much research and consideration, I hired Charles to clean and seal the tile and grout in our home where we have lived for only 4 years. Despite my bi-weekly floor cleaning and efforts with a toddler and our terminally ill dog, our grout was far from the white color it had been when we purchased our new build. Charles communicated well and arrived on time. He was thorough and descriptive with his work. Unfortunately, after drying, the grout was not the clean white I had hoped for. I reached out to Charles and per his guarantee, he returned and worked on our floors again. Because this took place at the beginning of the holiday season and we traveled, it was just past the guarantee time frame when we returned to see that the grout was still not as white and clean as I hoped for. I was reluctant to reach back out to Charles a third time and just past his guarantee, but kindly did so and was greatly appreciative that he accepted my concern with an offer to return a third time to try a different product on the floors... which worked wonders! It has been a few months since his cleaning and I am pleased to walk through our home and see the beautiful bright white tile and grout! Now that we know which product to use on our specific tile and grout, to get the results I am completely satisfied with, I will be hiring Charles again in the future.
