"I have given Brannan's a few chances but every time I used them I have been disappointed with the service and even more the people working here aren't very friendly. On a recent visit I was told from their place in boyd that my item was lost and I HAD to drive to Decatur to their parent store. When I arrived I waited 15 mins to get helped then was told I had to go back to boyd store they didn't have my item! No apology or any friendliness whatsoever."
