"I can't say enough wonderful things about Derek. The preferred vendor by our real estate agent just left my wife and I feeling like someone was trying to rip us off. After a frustrating night of wondering what our next steps should be I came across Derek's website. I saw he had great reviews so I contacted him. At one point he even stopped what he was doing and went to Lowes to get a tool to make sure he did the job correctly. Most people would have taken a short cut but he didn't. Overall I couldn't be more pleased with the service he provided. The price he charged us was leaps and bounds below what the other person quoted us.
