"A Stitch in Time Gone Wrong: Disappointing Experience at Pressed On Time Ironing For the past six months, I have trusted Pressed On Time Ironing with my entire wardrobe, seeking their expertise to add pockets and make necessary adjustments to my flannels. Throughout this period, I have been understanding when additional time was requested, and my overall experience had been satisfactory. However, a recent incident has left me deeply disappointed. I brought in my favorite backpack for a seemingly simple task - adding a patch. Unfortunately, what followed was a complete misunderstanding of the instructions. Instead of carefully placing the patch, they compromised the stitching of the backpack, resulting in irreversible damage. This unfortunate mishap has significantly marred my experience with Pressed On Time Ironing. Despite the positive encounters with my clothing items, the failure to comprehend basic instructions for the backpack has eroded my trust in their attention to detail and ability to execute simple tasks. I want to caution others to reconsider before entrusting valuable items to Pressed On Time Ironing. While their work on clothing has been satisfactory, this incident has demonstrated a lapse in communication and execution that is hard to overlook. In the interest of saving both time and money, I would strongly advise seeking services elsewhere for tasks that require precision and careful handling. Regrettably, I will not be returning to Pressed On Time Ironing after this disappointing experience, and I hope others can learn from my situation to avoid similar disappointments."

"So disappointed with the work done on this dress. It was supposed to be hemmed up from the bottom and instead the lady just decided to change the alteration from the top tier of the dress without even consulting or calling me to make sure it was ok to do so. It’s bulky & also coming apart from the stiching as well. Reason given to me was,she didn’t have enough TIME. In addition to that, dress wasn’t ironed or steamed. Don’t bother going to this place, you will be very disappointed."

"WOW. I’ve been struggling to find a seamstress/tailor who is thorough, skilled and reliable. Pressed On Time, I will be back. I buy most of my clothing from ethical brands, which are a) not located in the us and b) sometimes quite expensive. Returning clothes that doesn’t fit me well is a very expensive thing to do. So I was VERY nervous about what I’d be getting from my custom alterations. I bought two identical dresses in different colors and I took one of them in with the hopes of transforming it into a new dress. This dress needed a lot of fine tuning to get it into the style I wanted and Pressed On Time, you guys really hit it out of the park! I’m in love with what’s a custom piece in my closet now. Thank you! I absolutely love the work y’all did for me and I’m glad I don’t have to worry about where to take my items to get them custom tailored to my body type in the future. You’ve earned yourself a repeat client. The red dress in the picture is the original dress, the gold (the dress worked on) is the same dress, but it’s been transformed into a 3/4 sleeve mini dress. A LOT of seams had to be moved completely to achieve the look I wanted. I could not be more impressed."
