"Considering what you get for the money, the price was reasonable and not expensive in my opinion. The 2 individuals who cleaned my house were professional, good communicators, hard-working and best of all personable. I liked it that they interacted with me, asked me questions about how I wanted things done, and pointed out that certain things that they had cleaned were not looking as clean&shiny as they wanted because the item was scratched, stained, or old, etc. I appreciated that they took pride in their work. My kitchen sink and stove were unbelievably sparkly clean when they were done. This was my first time ever using a cleaning service rather than just hiring an individual. I figured the price would be a bit higher than I was used to because the cleaners weren't independent contractors but in exchange for the higher price, I felt comfortable with the housecleaners since they were backed up by a legitimate business that was bonded. For that peace of mind, the price I paid was completely reasonable. They did as good a job or better than an individual. I had low expectations and they were greatly exceeded because they were thorough and experienced. I liked the fact that they arrived in an "It's Just Maids" vehicle and brought their own supplies and vacuum cleaner, which was appreciated and unexpected. They got the job done and I will definitely be a repeat customer."
