"This place did have my service until now. The lady in the front desk is very rude!! I took my coat in for a cleaning and when I went to pick it up the lady said to me that they put a chemical in the coat and it didn’t come off so could I come by the next day. I gave them a few more days and when I went back the fur in the inside was pink when it should be white. The owner told me it was the garment. Which didn’t make sense to me he ended up not charging me but the coats not the same. I payed for another jacket and the lady didn’t say a word to me but looked mad. When she gave me the receipt I told her she should say she’s sorry. She didn’t say anything and I walked out very upset. I will not go back because they ruined my coat and because of the rude lady at the counter."

"I got there and they were running back and forth from the back. It took them forever to locate whatever they were looking for. It took forever. They were trying to measure out some people and give out suits to other people at the same time. The orders weren’t ready because they kept on checking on them and going back. Horrible experience. Never going back."

"Now I know why their turn over so high they promise but under deliver. Took my clothes on a Friday morning was promised ready by Monday, they said instead the person who took oder quit your order won't be ready till 4 o'clock. Very unprofessional. My re phone was given to me immediately but I will never return to this place again sorry you lost my business."
