"This place has been the worst clothing cleaner business I've ever used. The employee that helped me was extremely rude and obviously did not know how to use there equipment properly. I had just purchased 5 new Jeans from the Buckle which if you know Buckle there very expensive jeans! Well 3 out of the 5 were stained and after 3 attempts they were never fixed and they made 0 effort to make things right. I would never recommend and the manager I believe her name is Monica is horrible and needs to be replaced for better management."

"Took my expensive formal dress for dry cleaning only. They melted my zipper teeth, can't bring zipper down. It had a HUGE ugly snag right below by the small of the back area. I had to use a blade to clean it up. That's not the worst part. Dress came with a sash, they forgot to give it to me. I had to come back from out of town to retrieve it. DONT GO THERE!!"

"Sign posted states "Professional Alterations." I stopped by to drop off a pair of pants requiring a simple taper to the bell. I explained what I wanted and was told by the woman at the desk, who obviously was not the seamstress, that what I wanted couldn't be done and that I needed to speak with the seamstress who works from "8am to 4pm." I returned a few days later at 3:45 pm and was told by the same woman that the seamstress was "not there and works from 7am to 3pm." I returned the next morning at 7:15am and was told this time, "Aye sir! She works from 8 to 3!" 8 to 3... really!?! Incredible time-keeping and math skills. Rules of baseball. Three strikes and you are out! Not going back! Professional indeed!"

"Took our King cotton comforter in to be cleaned. Wanted it to be cleaned instead of me stuffing in my washer. It literally looks the same and smells the same as when it was turned over to them to care for it. Also took 5 business days to for them to send it out and get it back :) Only difference I feel took place is the $33.00 out of my pocket book. Not super friendly or welcoming as well."

"Very fast service. Paid around $16 for 2 blazers and they were ready the next day! Definitely bringing more pieces here!"
