"I called to get my dryer vent cleaned out because it was taking forever to dry a load of clothes. He was prompt, knowledgeable, affordable, and neat. He checked to make sure everything was connected correctly and checked to see if dryer was heating up. I would definitely call again!"
"I contacted Royal Carpet Cleaning about air duct cleaning in my home. Mr. Baker came right out and inspected the ducts and made a written estimate which I accepted and an appointment scheduled for the following week. The scheduled time came and went without a call or appearance. I call the company and left a message on an answering machine asking for a return call. Some time later a lady called and rescheduled for the following week without an explanation of why they had not come at the scheduled time. The day before the second appointment I called to confirm they would be here this time. Mr Baker answered and as soon as I told him who I was he said we had a bad connection and would call me right back. After waiting about 5 minutes I called agsain and got the answering machine again and asked him to call me to verify they would show up this time. No calls back from him. After calling periodically thru the day and leaving another message, I still got no call back. The following day came and went without the company coming. Additional calls resulted in only the answering machine and never a call back. I will NEVER do business with a company who conducts business like this."
