"The Woman over the intercom yelled at my Wife because she couldn’t remember what the Freeze was called. Was also rude after my Wife ordered and snapped at her with “What else do you want?” This is the 2nd time someone has been rude while ordering food through the drive through. Update 2/24/24: Come to order some ice cream. I order the first thing, a sundae with m&m’s. The gentleman mumbles under his breath like I can’t hear him through the headset he is wearing. “Of course it has to be complicated”. Then he proceeds to tell me his yogurt machine is not working and that means everything else wanted can’t be made. I tell him to cancel the whole order and he sighs."

"This braums used to be a place I’d happily choose for food when I needed a quick bite to eat. But now every single time I go through the drive through it’s always the same story. Attitude. The people who run the drive always have such a bad attitude and sound so annoyed to be there. And once getting to the window once food has been given to me I get met with a window slammed in my face."

"Sat in drive thru for way longer than I should've. I only ordered a sherbert freeze and it wasn't even mixed, it was completely filled with ice and barely any actual sherbert. A lady, what seemed to look like the manager, saw that I was waiting and just stood there, waiting for somebody else to collect payment. The girl who finally gave me my drink was nice, thankfully."

"The employees needs to be willing to help customers on the grocery side. I patiently waited for the employees to help customers getting ice cream. But after they finished up with those customers, all of the employees chose to ignore the fact that I was waiting to get checked out. No one came to me so I had to go to them. This is not acceptable customer service. This has been an ongoing problem but last night was the worst."

"Updating my 5 star review for this place to 1 star. You can’t talk to paying customers however you want just because you hate your job. The guy that took my order inside with a visible tattoo on his arm seemed cool at first, then whenever I thought they called my order I walked up to get it, and he rudely says “that’s not for you, that’s for her, go sit down you’ll get your food” and tried to play it off saying he was joking. Then it turns out they did call my number because it was sitting on the pick up counter and I told him I thought that I heard my number earlier and he says “you’re being slow bro” I just laughed it off inside and walked out. I’ve never experienced this type of rude behavior from any other restaurant in Canyon. It kind of made me feel uneasy to eat the food too after being treated like that. I don’t think I will be coming back."
