"If I could give them 0 stars I would. Called to schedule an appointment and the lady was so rude and said “maybe you should find someone else” all because I didn’t know a few things about it. Then my husband called and she hung up on him. Apparently they don’t need the business."
"This Dad and Lad crew are the best pumpers in town. They took care of my and my septic when I needed it the most. During the time of service, the city waste water plant was shut down. They kept me informed and acted immediately as the plant opened for deposits. I am 110% satisfied with their service and they received the same score when I used them in the past as well."

However there was a slight understanding between me and the lady which completely ruined my experience.
