"I would like to start with I never leave bad reviews anywhere but I feel like I have to. For starters, I switched to Cat Clinic because it was cats only and I felt like it would be better because they should specialize in cats and not have to deal with dogs when they were already scared (not that they have past issues). Plus they had great reviews. The office cats there are way worse than any dog i have had to deal with at the vet. All 4-5 vet trips there I had to deal with the office cats trying to attack my cats in their crate and they don't ever really do anything about it. I love cats and am glad they are homing some but they should know cats are territorial and they should be kept in the back. Then my cat got sick with FIC which is stress induced from us moving. He was sick due to stress and had to go to 2 days in a row even though the second trip he never was even taken out of the crate or put in a room. We talked to the vet in the waiting room while fighting off office cats (she did eventually put the cats in back this visit after they wouldnt give up). Went back with both cats for their annual and because the cat who was sick was having issues with not going in his litter box for the first time in his life after the fic flare up. They again said it was stress induced and was way more worried about tartar on their teeth. She wanted be to do bloodwork and then bring them back, put them under anesthesia for dental cleanings. Both cats are only 4 years old at this time, but fine, it was expensive but i was willing to do it only after the stress/pooping on the floor issue was resolved. They did the pre-procedure bloodwork which i paid for and put down a deposit for the procedure and scheduled it a few weeks out. About 5 days before the procedure is scheduled, my cat is finally seeming normal again, i decided i wanted to push it out a few weeks, so i called to reschedule it because i wanted to give him more time which i assumed they would understand but i was wrong. All I wanted to do was push it out but i was given total attitude about it that the doctor knows better about what the cats need. It was very off putting so I just canceled the whole thing, losing my deposit and just being done with the cat clinic. Fast forward 6 months later, I take them into a new vet to get established and mention the tarter and she said in exam that both of them have very little tarter and that a dental would be very unnecessary. Turns out cat clinic all seemed to just be a money grab. I see that they have a lot of good reviews but that was never my experience there. I drove 20 min each way to get there and really wanted to like it there but unfortunately that was not the case."
"Dr. Cacciottoli and her team have exceptional clinical skills and provide compassionate care to my cats AND me. Whether I'm making end of life decisions for my geriatric babies or trying to foster bonds with my previously feral furry children, I calm myself knowing my babies are I are in the best hands possible. I'm thankful for them all!"
"My 2nd visit here with my senior cat Mr Smokey and am happy with the care he received. After having experienced other veterinary clinics who see multiple types of animals I feel he has better attention and care at this clinic because their focus is on cats. The staff is very knowledgeable."
"Another vet told me my cat had NO parasites. Judging by several of my own observations I decided to have my cat seen by the cat clinic and they found 3 parasites that needed to be eradicated. My cats stools are much improved already after only a few days ov medications. I also like the way they treat their fur patients and also the the way they explain everything to the fir patients family. Also my cat appreciates the calm attitude in the cat clinic and NO fear of dogs!"
"We really enjoy taking our cats here. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and care about their kitty patients. Getting an appointment can typically be accomplished in a very reasonable timeframe. I have senior kitties who sometimes need extra care. They're good at giving multiple options for testing and explaining each one, what we might find out and what the benefit might be, while knowing that tests cost money, helping me balance cost and benefit. Then I also always feel like I understand the results of the tests and what that means moving forward, since they are patient about answering questions and clarifying information about care. All in all I feel like they are a very solid partner in taking care of my cats' health."
