"Yesterday 11/18/23 on my way to work l went to Big Lots Lemay Ferry and bought a set of earphones and an energy drink.as soon as l got to work l opened the box as l wanted to charge the earphones but there were no earphones in the box just a charging set.Today 11/19/23 l went back to the shop and told the lady who callled the manager and l explained what had happened.She quickly said they can not refund me as l should have opened the box before l left the shop.l explained to her that l knew what l wanted and had no need to open as l knew the type of earphones l wanted from the picture in the box.She went on to accuse me of stealing the earphones and said she saw me on the camera opening the box.l have shopped at this same shop for over 3 years and was hurt with the way she handled this case and instead of trying to find out what happened she calling me thief.she later said they will refind me after a heated argument.l was treated so badly in a shop l loved all this while and not happy with the treatment l got"
"This place has REALLY went up in prices! Wow Quality is not great either big lots... Don't recommend big lots stores to anyone. Unless you have nowhere else to go!! In that case get ya wallet out!"
