"I love the Big Lot's rewards programs. It is easy and quick to earn rewards. I had one complaint about ordering on the website. I purchased window curtains, and for some reason, it would only let me order one pair. When I went to pick up my order, they had the curtains on the shelves, so I got another one in store. Big lots is one of my favorite places to shop because of the prices and purchasing options."
"The checkout line was 8 deep and only 1 cashier and taking forever. Myself and another customer complained just to be laughed at by an employee. They lost a sale and a customer. I went back I gave it another shot this time they had all new employees that was awesome they're turnover rate is probably pretty high and I looked at some dishes not a big selection but the furniture was totally different they actually had some reasonably priced furniture and it was fairly decent quality."
"Store carries most, furniture, dog toys, groceries, spices, storage racks and containers, no produce like veggies and fruit though. They usually have specials, the more you buy of a product is better. Example: 4 bottles of soda will be cheaper than getting 1 or 2. So great for bulk buys if what you're looking for is available. Great for quick store runs"
