"I emailed Caring Hands on 1:30 on a Friday afternoon. My black lab was struggling and I had reached out to multiple companies prior, all of which couldn't help me b/c of where we were located. Dr. Jessica responded right away, she set up a same day appointment and was very responsive with paperwork and payment links to get everything taken care of before the appointment. "My tiny little dog Molly was 2 yo when we got her, and 15 yo when she crossed the rainbow bridge. I felt a tremendous amount of guilt thinking I was being selfish but after talking to some fiends and especially Dr. Jessica I was more at peace with doing the right thing for Molly. Molly was a hot barking mess of fluff and simulated fury, she was 3.5 pounds. She always bested the 15 pound male cat in tussling. Dr. Jessica helped me so much with the free Zoom evaluation of Molly's quality of life, and even came all of the way to Webster to help us. Dr. Jessica is very professional and her kindness and love of animals shown through in every action she took with my dog. I absolutely trust her to council the humans and take the necessary action with any pet. Saying goodbye to my little Stinky, Molly, was/ is hard but Dr. Jessica provided just the right amount of care for both me and my dog."
