"Good Will has been the most honest, professional service we’ve had to our house. Over the weekend, our basement flooded, and we called the plumbers that the water company recommended. They said there was a crack in our sewer line and it’d cost $6500 to dig up our yard and repair. They never checked the pipe with a camera. We called another company, who quoted us $2600 but also never checked with a camera. One of the guys at Good Will actually reached out to me on Nextdoor after I posted about the situation. They wouldn’t give me an estimate until they were able to check the pipe out with a camera and verify the issue.
