"I worked with Brian at this location. The dude is a real one. I’m from metro Detroit MI and drove in for a hockey tourney and of course my car had issues and I couldn’t drive it. I called up and Brian had me come in. He showed me everything that was wrong with it and was straight up with me. His team took care of me and my wife. "I initially dropped off my 2018 suburban at my local Chevy dealer because my car was misfiring a little…they charged me a $200 diagnostic fee to tell me I needed a spark plug a couple new wires. They then told me I needed to give them another $200 diagnostic fee to check the coils, “but it’s most likely just a spark plug.” So, at the end of the day they told me it would either be $1,000 to fix a spark plug and some wires or additional $2,000-$3,000 to fix the coils ($4,000 total). At the end of the day I called Bob’s to get their opinion…they told me to drive away and they would help figure out the problem at no cost. Bob’s ended up charging me $400 and gave me a free oil change. Thank you to Bob’s for being honest and not trying to screw me like the dealership!"

"My car broke down after hours in the middle of an intersection. This was the only location that would be open by the time the tow would get me there and they had great reviews, so I decided to take my car to Bob’s. Brian, Bob, and Pat were extremely kind and helpful. They came outside to help direct the tow truck into their shop and had the car fixed by noon the next day as promised (on a weekend I might add). Their hours are amazing and they are thorough in their diagnostic and professional. What’s more, Pat drove my wife and I back to our home since we were without a car. I was going to bike to pick up the car the next day once it was fixed, but they offered to pick me up and bring me back to the shop since I didn’t have a ride. Car is fixed and running well in record time. Very knowledgeable and kind business. 10/10 recommend."

"Excellent service here from Brian! I called last second in the morning for an inspection on a vehicle I want to purchase from a local dealer. He got me in in the morning same day! He quoted much cheaper inspection charge than any of the other area mechanics. He did a thorough job and made sure to call me and check in before I picked it up. I advise anyone in the O'Hare area to use their mechanic services! I am also encouraging the car dealers to use Bob's Auto & Truck when customers ask where to go!"
