"I was able to be scheduled quickly and the work was done same day. They even scheduled and paid for a Lyft. I feel good about the honesty of the service team as I had come in a few months earlier and the service technician explained I could wait to have my car serviced (I drive very low mileage). The one area for improvement is when you enter the service bay it is not immediately obvious where to go. But that is minor compared to my great experience so I still give them 5 stars!"

The service advisor, Jade, was very thorough in explaining the process and called me with the mechanic's recommendations, both necessary and optional. The service was completed efficiently. The woman who checked me out, Jasmine, was over the top helpful and friendly. Overall a good experience."

"We have been a Honda family for over 30 years. I would have to say the Auto Nation O'Hare Honda is the best service department that I have ever worked with. Easy to make an on line appointment, our service advisor David was professional and transparent and the service department area very clean. As you waited for your car the tech working on your car sent you a video update of what they were looking at on your vehicle . I have never seen this at any other service department. Our service advisor David did not try to upsell us on any services . He explained what services were needed on our car and what options we had for fixing the car . David never sat there and tried to pressure us on service which I respected I would highly recommend Auto Nation O’Hare Honda to family and friends !! Ask for David as your service advisor!"
