"On January 31st Luke was heaven sent unclogged my tub in the matter of minutes on time very thorough. He also gave me a quote on a future project I plan to rehire him for. Another successful job by Luke new pipes and fixtures for my tub. We’ve deemed him our forever plumber his work is awesome hands down very fast and efficient."

"I did not have a good experience with plumbing. The service man first came out quickly on 1/9 /2024. His first remarks were you have a broken pipe quoting a price around 6,000$ He changed his mind quickly and said he needed to rod out for 380$. Which took less then 30 minutes. I was very happy so, they sent me a link to give them a review , so i did quickly with a very pleased review which since I deleted However exactly two week later , I woke up with spetic overflow in the yard. Another service man was sent quickly. Again he says broken pipe around 6,000$. He did not know that I had to call and get approve for a second rod out no charge. It took him almost an hour . He had to use a vacuum to get the sewer empty. He poured it right next to the septic on the ground and refused to get it up. Still insisting that I have a broken pipe he wanted to come back and use a camera to take video pictures. Afterwards I spoke with one of the managers by the name of Justin and he said that they would send someone out for free to take a video. I agreed , but after thinking about I change mind. I did not feel I could trust them. I did ask for my money back because They say on there website they get it right the first time guaranteed. Also they say they are a company of integrity: the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.This was not my experience . I also spoke with an office. Manager Ashley who promised to call back on 2/21 the same day.As of today 2/26 she has not called me back. Totally disrespectful to me and our property. So am glad I did not say yes to a third visit. So, Plumbing Company your Company must need the 380$ more then your motto of Integrity. Enjoy it!!. I won't be so quick to trust and give a quick good review my lessons. Attached image of sewer mess dumped on the ground which I had to clean up."

"Sorry this review is so late, but Phillip was awesome! We have home warranty insurance through AHS but we needed someone to come out immediately since our basement had flooded. We were able to get an appointment the next morning. Phillip was professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard to get the job done. Phillip also took his time to investigate issue. We thought we were only dealing with a sump pump issue due to a broken check valve. After further investigation, Phillip noticed that one of our pipes had burst. He repaired the pipe and gave us some pointers for the future. Thank you for everything, Phillip!"

"Flatley’s plumbing was fast and reliable. I had a sewage backup and they came quick. Robert was nice and professional. The only issue for me was there price. A bit on the higher end after calling around for quotes but I needed it done so I went ahead and have them do the work. I was happy with Robert and his work. He made sure that the drain wasn’t leaking before he left. Thanks!"

"Scott and his team arrived fairly quick. They came in and assessed the damage of my frozen/ busted pipes.The work looks great and minimum clean up was needed. If you are looking for an review to help narrow it down… choose these guys, you’ll be happy you did!"
