"Worst experience I have ever encountered at a mechanic. I took my car to just have a diagnostic done, regarding a noise.I was informed that nothing would be touched, until I gave them permission. After waiting a whole week and a half. I was informed that I had to pay close to $600 dollars for a starter, when my car never had an issue with the starter. I took my car in working and had to have it taken out towed. When the tow truck came my car window was left open by them and the towing company had it jumped with no problem. The receptionist was very rude and always had a nasty attitude during this experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this mechanic, you are better off going anywhere else."
