They sent a technician right away and he found several fractures in our heat exchanger that could pose a serious threat to our family. We decided to replace all of our equipment to ensure reliable comfort for the foreseeable future. King supplied us with a few space heaters for the night and was promptly at our home the next morning. "Our boiler went out on a Friday morning and i called 4 different companies to come out and help. The earliest i could get an appointment was Monday meaning we had to go the weekend without any hot water or radiant heat. I called king heating desperately on Saturday at 2 pm and they sent rob to us by 6 pm that night! Rob was awesome and spent almost 2 hours(on a Saturday night) working on it to get everything running again.
