I felt bad for his younger employees who seemed to take his loud and rude behavior as if it normal and an everyday occurrence as evidenced by my experience and other customers who submitted reviews. For my verbal abuse i had the pleasure of paying $85.00 and not knowing if I had a thorough oil change with his unprofessional tone and language.
